Returns and Refunds

You may return most items within 7 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be unused and in its original condition.

  • All original tags, packaging, and accessories must be included.

  • Proof of purchase or order confirmation is required.

Refund Process

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you regarding the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved:

  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used during checkout.

  • Please allow 10–15 business days for the refund to appear on your account, depending on your financial institution.

Please note:

  • Original shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is caused by our error.

  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item received was defective, damaged, or incorrect.

Non-Refundable Items

The following items are not eligible for refunds or returns:

  • Digital products or downloadable software

  • Final sale or clearance items clearly marked as non-refundable

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
